Andrea Salas - van Houten
Founder, Creative Director, Content Producer & Visual Communication Specialist
Andrea is a professional artist and the founder of The Art Brug. With creativity, leadership, and a commitment to social causes, she aims to make a meaningful impact through art.
Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, Andrea’s passion for art and cultural growth began early. She pursued education and opportunities that fueled her artistic talents and desire to create positive change. In 2019, Andrea moved permanently to the Netherlands, where she continuously explores new creative horizons driven by passion and curiosity.
After becoming a Dutch citizen, Andrea focuses on supporting migrant artists in the Netherlands through her ambitious project, The Art Brug. She uses her creative leadership and vision to promote social change through art.
Andrea is not just an artist; she is a visionary leader and passionate advocate for social change. Through her art and projects, she strives to create a world where art transcends boundaries and fosters a deeper appreciation of diverse cultures.

Andrea Agudelo is a skilled communications professional with a talent for creating engaging copy and visual content. Fluent in English, a native Spanish speaker, and proficient in Dutch, she excels in understanding client needs and developing innovative community engagement strategies.
Within our project, Andrea focuses on connecting creatives from the Netherlands, showcasing their work through visual content, and driving our communication strategies. Passionate about digital marketing and social media, she combines her unique aesthetic sensibility with a strong focus on relationship building.
Andrea enjoys great food, traveling, learning new languages, and helping others. With a great sense of humor, she brings a vibrant approach to her work. Andrea is a key contributor to The Art Brug, enhancing our online presence and encouraging community participation.
